Orders
Orders may be accepted, refused, limited, or canceled at the discretion of Ivorie Books, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, misuse of promotions, payment concerns, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business concerns.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase and for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout.
Production and Fulfillment
Certain products may be printed, produced, or fulfilled through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners, including print-on-demand providers. Processing, production, and delivery timelines may vary.

Final Sale Policy
All sales are final except in cases of verified manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment defects covered under the Return & Refund Policy.
Educational, Organizational, and Program Use
Ivorie Books may be purchased and used by individuals, families, schools, educators, programs, nonprofit organizations, businesses, sponsors, community groups, and institutions for appropriate personal, educational, enrichment, literacy, creative, reflective, gifting, sponsored distribution, or organizational purposes.
Use of Ivorie Books in a school, course, classroom, program, event, sponsored distribution, or organizational setting must comply with the buyer’s internal approval process and any applicable school, program, organizational, sponsor, administrative, legal, or procurement requirements.
Bulk orders, sponsored distributions, branded uses, custom uses, resale, reproduction, copying, modification, adaptation, digitization, public distribution, formal course or program integration, or use of Ivorie Books materials beyond normal book use may require prior written approval from Ivorie Books.
Purchasing a book does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, scan, distribute, modify, rebrand, resell, upload, share, or adapt any Ivorie Books content without written authorization.
Tax-Exempt Orders
Qualified schools, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies may request tax-exempt processing by submitting a valid sales tax exemption certificate to partnerships@ivoriebooks.com before payment is made.
Documentation must be reviewed before tax-exempt status can be applied. Tax-exempt adjustments may not be available after an order has been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product titles, product descriptions, book previews, sample pages, original quotations, branding, logos, graphics, images, downloadable materials, and related content, is the property of Ivorie Books or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, uploaded, shared, resold, or used without prior written permission.
