Ivorie Books ships printed books, journals, coloring books, and educational workbooks to customers within the United States and to select other locations where shipping is available.
Order Processing
Orders are submitted for production and fulfillment after payment is successfully processed and cleared. Payment must be received and cleared before production, printing, or fulfillment begins.
Standard retail orders are generally submitted for processing within 3–7 business days after payment clears, depending on product type, order volume, and fulfillment partner timelines.
Bulk, institutional, custom, and sponsored orders may require additional processing time. Production for these orders begins after full payment has been received and cleared.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by destination, shipping method, carrier conditions, production schedules, holidays, weather, and other factors outside the control of Ivorie Books.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Ivorie Books is not responsible for delays, losses, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided when available once an order has shipped.
Bulk, Sponsored, and Institutional Orders
Bulk, sponsored, institutional, and custom orders may require additional coordination before production or fulfillment begins. Shipping timelines for these orders may vary based on order size, destination, production requirements, and fulfillment availability.
Final Sale Notice
All sales are final except in cases of verified manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment defects covered under the Return & Refund Policy.
