Final Sale Policy
Because Ivorie Books products may be printed, produced, and fulfilled through third-party manufacturing, print, or retail partners, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, change of mind, or minor variations in print appearance.
Minor production variations may include slight differences in color, trim, alignment, paper appearance, binding, cover placement, or other standard print-production differences.
Defects, Printing Issues, or Fulfillment Errors
Refunds or replacements are only considered for verified manufacturing defects, printing defects, significant print-production issues, damaged items, incorrect items, or fulfillment errors attributable to the production, print, retail, or fulfillment partner.
If your order arrives with a verified defect, manufacturing damage, significant spine or cover misalignment, incorrect item, or other fulfillment issue, please contact Ivorie Books within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Orders Placed Through Amazon or Other Third-Party Retailers
If your order was placed directly through Amazon, KDP, IngramSpark, or another third-party retailer or marketplace, the replacement, refund, return, or support process may need to be handled through that platform according to that retailer’s policies.
Ivorie Books may not be able to directly process refunds or replacements for orders placed through third-party retailers.
Orders Placed Directly Through Ivorie Books
For orders placed directly through Ivorie Books, print or fulfillment concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment defect, a replacement or refund may be considered in accordance with the applicable production partner’s claims process, fulfillment policy, and review requirements.
Bulk, Custom, Institutional, and Sponsored Orders
Bulk, custom, institutional, sponsored, and special-order purchases are final sale unless a verified manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment defect is confirmed.
Large orders may require additional review, documentation, and coordination with the applicable print, production, or fulfillment partner before any replacement or refund decision is made.
